I found this training kit in the SharePoint Products and Technologies Web Component Directory. It's a cool training kit that leads you trough the most common Sharepoint tasks using flash.
Although it is a good attempt to create an interactive Sharepoint e-learning application, I ran into some security problems with ActiveX controls with Windows XP SP1.
I also wanted to mention the Quick Tips for SharePoint End Users (562.06 KB), which is a brief QRC for most used Sharepoint scenario's.
